Lounge Area:
Halfway Tree has a spacious lounge with two leather two
seater sofa's, 37" Freeview LCD TV with DVD and Full Sky Package (inc movies and
sports). Ipod Dock system with CD. The lounge opens to the patio with table and
6 chairs with spectacular views over the beach across to St Ives in one
direction and Godrevy Lighthouse in the other. Your will never tire of the ever
changing colours of the sea and the sky so similar to the Caribbean.
Dining Area:
Halfway Tree is furnished in a modern and contemporary style,
the spacious dining room comfortably seats up to 6 people with an additional
high chair provided. If you are looking for a night off from cooking then there
are a number of quality restaurants and take away establishments nearby, details
of some personally recommended can be found in your Welcome Guide.
Kitchen:
Halfway Tree has a fully fitted modern kitchen with cooker,
hob, microwave, built in fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, freezer, toaster,
kettle, coffee maker, and lots of other mod cons including a champagne bucket
and flutes. The arch between the Kitchen and the dining room allows everyone to
have non-interrupted views out to sea and across the bay.
Sleeping:
Bedroom One with En-Suite
The master bedroom has large wardrobes, bedside cabinets and
a chest of drawers so you'll have plenty of storage space. Watch the LCD
Freeview TV from your luxurious king size leather bed, enjoy the outstanding
views across St Ives Bay and listen to the surf on the beach below. Draw the
curtains and watch the sunrise over Hayle and Godrevy.
Bedroom Two
The second bedroom is fitted with twin beds, large fitted
mirrored wardrobes, chest of drawers, and a 19" integrated DVD / LCD TV. Clean
fresh bedding is provided together with hand towel, bath towel and bath sheet
for each guest.
Bathrooms:
Bathroom One
The main bathroom has a large wash basin, WC, and separate
shower cubicle. Heated towel rail and modern fittings. There is even a set of
weighing scales but use is not compulsory!
Bathroom Two
The en-suite to the master bedroom of Halfway Tree has twin
wash basins, WC, bidet, heated towel rail and the ultimate in bathroom luxury -
a whirlpool bath together with an overhead shower. This is the place to truly
relax after a hard days walk on the coastal path or a day on the beach.
Outside:
The covered patio is accessible from both the master bedroom
or lounge and overlooks the glorious Blue Flag beach of Carbis Bay. A private
pathway with secure gate leads down to the beach through the beautifully
maintained gardens. A Table and 4 chairs are provided for guests to enjoy
either Al Fresco dining or simply experiencing the Cornish sunsets over St Ives.
Halfway Tree is on the first floor and so we recommend that children be
accompanied at all times when on the balcony. There is one allocated car parking
space within the electronic security gates, additional parking is available on
request.

Carbis Beach apartments are located in a commanding position
directly above Carbis Bay beach near St. Ives in Cornwall. These premier family
friendly apartments are the ultimate in self-catering luxury. Each is centrally
heated and furnished to the highest standard to provide year round enjoyment.
Some of these 5 star graded apartments are more accessible than others as they
can be reached either by stairs, lift or directly from the private gated car
park. Once you have unpacked, drink in the views and walk through the
landscaped gardens using the private pathway down to the beach.
