Studley Cottage is situated along a quiet private road
which meanders through a tranquil and pretty conservation area leading to all
parts of Tunbridge Wells town. This charming bed and breakfast is described by
guests as a peaceful oasis. Secluded from the adjacent Molyneux Park Road and
other busy roads in the Tunbridge Wells area and within easy walking distance of
the town centre, fine shops and restaurants, High Street, historic Pantiles and
mainline railway station which provides an excellent service to London and the
coast.
Delicious breakfasts cooked in the kitchen AGA then served to
the table in the old coach room with views across pretty gardens, courtyard and
south facing sun terrace. Inviting atmosphere and a warm welcome.

Street leads to the Pantiles which features a colonnade of historic buildings
with attractive shops, restaurants and the Tourist Information Centre. During
the months of June, July, August and September The Pantiles brings FREE Summer
Jazz on the Bandstand where many talented musicians entertain the public.
Studley Cottage b&b is within walking distance of all parts of Tunbridge
Wells town. Guests wishing to walk into town are welcome to leave their car in
the private driveway. Parking is free for guests and the length of time is
unlimited.

railway station and only a short drive by taxi. There is a choice of taxis
outside the station.

M25 approximately 15 miles, allow 15 - 20 minutes.
