We are a friendly family business that offers home from home comforts, immaculately clean and spaciously presented en suite rooms with the highest standards of decoration, carpets, furnishings and stunning mosaic tiled bathrooms.

Ingleside house b&b is found 3 miles from Bolton town centre, 3 miles from the Reebok stadium and Middlebrook shopping/entertainment site.

The B & B is on the local bus route into Bolton/Westhoughton/Wigan. Only 1.5 miles from juntion 5 off the M61motorway. And only a 6 minute walk to Lostock Train station. (1 train stop to Bolton town centre and 1 train stop to the Reebok/middlebrook stadium) Just a 20 minute train commute to Manchester & Manchester airport or Preston town centre. 3 miles from the edge of the pennine moors and Rivington.

Nearby Bolton town centre has 2 theatres, library and an arrray of architectural history. Nightclubs, shops, bars and the popular Bolton Market. Lostock golf course is facing the property.

There are three alternative routes to Ingleside House from the M61

1. Exit the M61 motorway at junction 5, head east along the A58 (signposted Bolton). Turn left at the traffic lights (shell garage on the corner) onto Beaumont road then turn left at the traffic lights onto Junction Road West, proceed to the bottom of this road to a T junction, turn left onto tempest road, the property is the 2nd house on the left hand side at the top of the hill.(white gate posts on the entrance to Ingleside house).

2. Exit the M61 motorway at Junction 5, head west onto the A58 (Snydale Way), when you come to the roundabout, take the 3rd exit into the A6 (Manchester Road) signposted Chorley. At the first set of traffic lights, (white horse pub on the corner) turn left onto Bolton Road; proceed for about 150yds, then turn left at the mini roundabout onto Chewmoor lane, proceed without turning off anywhere for about 1.4 miles, the road then merges into st Johns road and new tempest road then onto tempest road, Ingleside house is stood back on the right hand side with white gate posts on the entrance.

3. Exit the M61 motorway at junction 5, head east onto the A58, signposted Bolton, proceed along for about 600yds then turn left onto Lock lane (Smithy tool hire shop on the corner) which is a cobbled road. Drive to the bottom of this country lane then turn right onto Tempest road, 200 yds further along and you then turn right again at a small cross roads, onto new tempest road, this road then merges back into Tempest road, and Ingleside house is stood back on the right hand side with white gate posts on the entrance.
