The nearest villages/towns are Shap (4 miles), Appleby (8 miles) and Penirth(12 miles). Ullswater and Hawsewater are the nearest Lakes and are approximately 20 minutes away by car.

This property sleeps 6 adults and consists of 3 Double bedrooms, Bathroom, Shower Room, Large Kitchen/Lounge area, Utility Room and Large Open Plan Lounge with Log Burner on the 2nd floor. Private enclosed garden at rear of the property
