Three good size bedrooms. One King-size with Colour TV, Bunk-room for the children / teenagers and a Twin bedded room allowing each lodge to sleep a family of 6 comfortably. A large welcoming lounge with three piece suite. Wide-screen free2view Color Television, DVD and music system.
French doors lead on to the spacious, furnished covered veranda with incredible views of the surrounding countryside. Artlegarth is bounded by dry stone walls, fringed on one side by a screen of tall pine trees, with driveways and ample parking. An ornamental pond frequently visited by Heron and wild ducks. A charming stream flows through the wooded area were red squirrels, rabbits and owls can often be seen.
The Fells and footpaths that surround Artlegarth lodges are a paradise for walking and cycling, whether your idea of a good walk is a brisk mountain climb or a meander along a gentle valley. Walkers can access the hills direct from the door The Howgills offer unrivalled walking with spectacular landscapes.
